Nancy Lee’s rich experience in real estate began in 1976 in Southern California, just prior to her relocation to southern Texas with her husband Dale, who was recruited to work for the U.S. Department of Agriculture for entomological research. There, Nancy Lee became a Century 21 Realtor.

Nearly 40 years later, Nancy Lee is still passionate about real estate and her family. She and Dale live in Silver Spring, Maryland, where works out of Urban Brokers LLC, a boutique real estate firm owned by her son Mark. Her current titles include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors (GCAAR). She consistently ranks among the top Realtors in the nation by sales volume.

While most brokers would have felt encumbered by the demands of a growing family, Nancy Lee has always matched her commitment to her children and Dale with an endless drive to excel in her career. From California to Texas to Maryland, she has pursued high sales and top-notch service for her customers. To date, she has facilitated more than 830 successful real estate transactions in a 25-year span. And with Nancy Lee’s contagious passion, it’s no surprise Dale decided to join the real estate team after retiring from his government career.

When not busy matching home sellers and buyers, Nancy Lee and Dale enjoy traveling and spending time with their six children and 10 precious grandchildren.
