As 2019 draws to a close, excitement about the “return” of the twenties is growing. The twenties of the last century were known as being a decade of debauchery, and with the troubles that have already occurred in this century, people are itching to let their hair down and let loose. Here are a few ideas for celebrating the new decade in lavish fashion, for those on a budget, those with families, to those who really want to “get down.”
